Pari-mutuel facility: means a racetrack, fronton, or other facility used by a permitholder for the conduct of pari-mutuel wagering. See Florida Statutes 626.8414 Partnership : A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of Carrying Assigned Weight. The commission operates under the supervision of the Secretary of Agriculture and Forestry. The provisions concerning horse racing and pari-mutuel betting were approved by the 1988 Virginia General Assembly and by a majority of voters in a referendum held in November 1988. Regulations may be obtained from the the issuance of a certificate of positive analysis under the Pari-Mutuel Betting Supervision Regulations; an excess level of total carbon dioxide for purposes of the Rules; or; confirmation of the administration of; erythropoietin or any of its synthetic derivatives for purposes of the Rules, a violation of Rule 6.53; “Betting Interest”: A single horse, or more than one horse joined as a "mutuel entry" or joined in the "mutuel field", on which a single pari-mutuel wager may be placed. “Bleeder”: Any horse known to have bled from its nostrils during a workout or race or is found to have bled internally by endoscopic examination. See Rule 15.2.1.1. licence betting theatres in accordance with the Pari-Mutuel Betting Supervision Regulations made pursuant to the Criminal Code (Canada) and impose such terms and conditions on a licence as the Commission considers appropriate;
